UniVac range’s BL 55 D model has been pre-designed to work besides to a pre-separator for the aspirated material collection. To satisfy any requirement, various pre-separator models have been created equipped with cyclonic head which retains even the finest particles.

The UniVac group, made of robust structure for vacuum resistance and to work under burdensome conditions, is transportable by means of fork lift truck or overhead crane. As alternative it can be placed on a certified carrier, suitable to tow. Every UniVac group inner surface is covered with sound-proofing material, allowing its use even inside buildings.

For the air filtering system a main sleeves (made of felt polyester) filter is used, whose cleaning is carried out by a continuous, automatic and electronically regulated air injection. A second, DOP certificated, safety filter is always installed to protect the pump; its filtration degree on the whole emissions arises 99,99%.

The main filter separates the fine particles escaping from the pre-separator and convey them to an appropriate 500 litre chamber with controlled level threshold. These fine particles are immediately evacuated by suction.

The UniVac groups can be connected to a wide range of accessories. These are conceived to optimize the suction function, using flexible tubes or stationary networks composed of DN 80-100-125 metallic tubes that cover higher distances even than 100 metres to the suction points.
