UniVac range’s PR-V pre-separators are designed to work connected to the vacuum group in order to collect the sucked materials. Because of the variety of needs and uses, several different pre-separators models have been realized, everyone provided with a high efficiency cyclonic head whose aim is to hold the finest particles.

Every UniVac pre-separator is made of a robust and compact structure for vacuum resistance and to work under burdensome conditions; it is transportable by means of fork lift truck or overhead crane, coupled to the upper eared screws.

It is recommended to place the pre-separator as nearer as possible to the materials to be sucked in order to get the highest efficiency and reduce frictions in the pipes.

The PR-V type is located on a support to discharge, by means of a butterfly valve, into Big-Bags.

All the pre-separators have got a max. level gauge to stop, during the suction operations, the UniVac vacuum unit which it is related to.

The UniVac pre-separators can be connected to a wide range of accessories. These are conceived to optimize the suction function, using flexible tubes or stationary networks composed of DN 80-100-125-150 tubes.
