UniVac range’s SV models have been pre-designed with a hopper for collection of the sucked materials. Its structure is compact and it can work as a stationary suction central or as a mobile unit, transportable by means of fork lift truck or overhead crane, coupled to the upper eared screws. Every UniVac group inner surface is covered with sound-proofing material, allowing its use inside buildings, too. Because of the variety of the sucked materials, engines and vacuum pumps types “ROOTS” have different powers and air flows. For the air filtering system a main sleeves (made of felt polyester) filter is used, whose cleaning is carried out by a continuous, automatic and electronically regulated air injection (JET-PULSE). A second, DOP certificated, safety filter is always installed to protect the pump; its filtration degree on the whole emissions arises 99,99%. The UniVac groups can be connected to a wide range of accessories. These are conceived to optimize the suction function, using flexible tubes or stationary networks composed of DN 80-100-125 metallic tubes that cover higher distances even than 100 metres to the suction points.
