The UF group is designed as a pre-separator to be exhausted by a UniVac range unit and to collect the sucked materials held in the hopper located under the filter, retaining all products, even if they are extremely full of powder.

This solution allows:

• to vary  filter dimension according to the powder content
• to install the pre-separator in a pipes network to divide those materials which does not pollute or mix with other ones
• to full Big-Bags with materials with a high content of powder, avoiding losses in the environment

For the air filtering system a main sleeves (made of felt polyester) filter is used, whose cleaning is carried out by a continuous, automatic and electronically regulated air injection (JET-PULSE).

It is necessary to connect this equipment to the Customer’s air compressed piping; whether it is not possible, a 3 kW compressor can be installaed on the machine.

The aspired materials, as well as powders evacuated by the filter, are collected into the 1 m³ hopper (on demand, it can be also delivered with a higher capacity). The hopper is complete of an inspection hatch and a max. level gauge. The discharging is made by means of hand (or, on demand, automatically) operated valve.
